Tech-Powered.
Human-Delivered.
It has been our pleasure to continue finding ways for us to connect. A regular chance to step back, celebrate how far we’ve come, and feel a little more like one team — no matter where in the world we’re logging in from.
Ruvixx is growing fast, with more than 150 Ruvixxians across 12+ countries. With a team this widespread and talented, finding ways to stay connected to the business, as well as to each other, is a priority.
Every quarter will bring you a little closer to the bigger picture: the updates, the wins, and most of all, the people behind them. This is a regular chance to step back, celebrate how far we’ve come, and feel a little more like one team, no matter where in the world we’re logging in from.
Each issue, you can look forward to learning about what we’ve accomplished and where we’re going, along with all the things that make us human: the shout-outs, the peer recognition, and the moments we’re celebrating.
Here’s to the first of many.
A Message From Our CEO

“
We’re in that moment just before the leap, crouched down, coiled, legs starting to drive. We’ve built a strong foundation and brought together an exceptional team, and with a clear picture of where we’re going, we’re now pushing hard to get there.
Q2 reminded me why this matters. Catching up with friends recently, I kept circling back to the same thing: the culture and spirit we’ve built here at Ruvixx. Crossing 150 Ruvixxians this quarter, with that culture intact, is something the whole team should be proud of. I’m also proud of the AI tools our own people, Nae, Olivia, Davi, Eduardo, Felix, and others are building unprompted. They take the repetitive work off our plates, so we have the time and energy to boldly elevate our craft and explore where no team has gone before. (Captain who?)
Heading into Q3: we’re in a season of growth, and growth isn’t always comfortable. It’s a lot like training; muscle only gets stronger when you push it past what feels easy. As we leap forward, let’s keep three things close: have each other’s backs, stay alert to new opportunities, and lean into the unknown rather than away from it. And always remember the Code.
Company Updates
Company Hub

What’s Coming From Marketing
Paid social media advertising is gearing up to launch, and AI-powered projects for clients and internal dashboards are in early testing. Both in motion, more to come in the next newsletter.
Kudos Wall
This quarter, +20 Ruvixxians took a moment to recognize a teammate. Proof that the Ruvixx Code isn’t just framed on a wall, it’s how we show up for each other.
“The way he’s juggling this huge LATAM team in multiple campaigns is nothing short of incredible. Even when struggling with challenges in their personal lives, he always brings their A game.”
“Throughout the development of the AP dashboards, Adam was always questioning whether there was a better way to approach things — and when he identified one, he took the initiative to build it.”
“She wrote to me, curious about a case I’d rejected. I reviewed it again — and I had missed something. That’s what it’s all about: asking questions without fear, defending your work.”
“Alan quickly built trust through smart decisions, quick work, and continuous learning. I fully trust him to work on any branding project because of his impeccable work and commitment to delivering exceptional results.”
